A belt strap or watch band often needs one clean hole between two factory punches. This plier uses a revolving steel head over a thick brass anvil, driven by a compound hinge that gives steady leverage. You dial the wheel to match your strap, press once through the leather, and clear the core with the rod.

• Revolving punch wheel. Turn the steel wheel until the tube you want clicks into line above the brass base. The label beside this lists each hole diameter on the wheel. Each tube comes ground sharp to cut without tearing the edge.
• Compound hinge action. The double pivot linkage builds pressure as the handles come together, so cutting through thick bridle leather or layered webbing takes a firm squeeze rather than heavy body weight. The spring opens the jaws after each punch.
• Brass backing anvil. Steel cutting edges meet a thick brass pad rather than bare steel, keeping the punch rim from dulling or flattening when the cut finishes. The metal frame is lacquered to keep clean on a busy workbench.
• Handle lock and rod. A metal clip at the base hooks the handles closed for a flat drawer. We include a slim cleaning rod to push out leather plugs that pack inside the narrow punch tubes during repeated work on a project.
