Write to the desk
The desk reads everything sent to [email protected]. Notes about a broken link, a photo that shows the wrong tool, a kit filed on the wrong shelf, or a subject you want covered in the tool notes all land in the right hands.
Replies come from the same address, usually within a few working days.
What belongs to the partner
Anything about an order you placed, from where the parcel is to how to send a tool back, is handled by our retail partner through the account you ordered with. We cannot see those orders and cannot move them along.
