Setting an eyelet by hand often means chasing a crooked barrel across the bench. This tool cuts the clean opening first and sets the metal collar on the same frame. We include eyelets in two finishes along with a storage bag, so you can mend a strap without hunting for loose hardware.

• Punch and setter together. The cutting die and the setting anvil share one set of jaws. You press through leather, canvas, or cardboard on the punch plate, swap the material position, and cinch the metal shut without hunting for a separate mallet.
• Two metal finishes. The kit comes packed with gold and silver colored eyelets that seat cleanly without washers. The maker label beside this lists the exact counts and diameter measurements for both metal finishes included in the package.
• Grip and lock. The handles are contoured to fit the palm during firm presses through heavy cloth. A mechanical catch holds the arms closed between jobs so the tool lies flat on the bench or slides into the storage bag.
