What happens after the button, and who runs that part.
The button on any tool page opens that listing at our retail partner. From there the cart, the payment and the delivery all belong to them, handled inside the account you order with.
Delivery choices, carriers and dates are shown at their checkout before you commit, and updates land in that same account afterward. Nothing about a parcel routes through this site, so we would not have anything to look up even if you asked kindly.
If a parcel goes quiet, the partner help pages are the fastest route. Our desk can fix a wrong link or a wrong photo, but it cannot move a box.
