Start from the order in that account, choose the tool, and follow their steps. They issue the label and settle the money side once the tool is back with them; none of that passes through this site.
One thing not to do: mail a tool to the address in our footer. That is a letterbox in Peoria, and a parcel sent there sits far from anyone who can settle it.
