Square holes in server rails need hardware that sits square and bites clean without cross-threading. We pack heat-treated carbon steel screws with their matching cage nuts and washers to seat gear flat against the posts. Nylon ties help dress the power cables and patch leads afterward.

• Spring steel cage nuts. The spring clips seat into square rail cutouts without twisting loose while you align heavy switch ears. You can snap them into place from the back of the rail using your fingers.
• Heat treated carbon steel. Each screw gets heat treated so the head resists stripping under the driver. The threads take torque smoothly without binding or seizing in the nut body when you tighten the gear down.
• Washers seat flat. The washers sit between the screw head and the mounting ear on your patch panel or shelf. They keep the turning head from gouging paint or marring the face of your rack gear.
• Nylon ties included. A bundle of self-locking ties helps manage the cables running down the rails. You can cinch power bricks and network lines together once the panels are fastened securely to the frame.
