A closer look
Summer heat stays trapped in the back seat long after the front vents feel cool. We built this fan to clamp onto a headrest post or grab a louver, running off the lighter socket on the dash. You aim the breeze where air from the main blower barely reaches.
- Clamp and hold. The jaws bite onto a headrest post or an interior rail without needing tools. You set the grip once and the fan stays aimed where you pointed it, even over rough patches of road.
- Swivel head adjustment. Airflow directs right at a warm window, a pet crate, or a passenger in the back row. The head turns on its mount so you can reset the angle without unfastening the base.
- Console plug connection. The power lead runs straight to the standard lighter socket on your dash. It draws from the vehicle socket so you do not wait on small internal batteries to charge before getting air moving.
- Airflow control. A switch on the unit gives you a choice between two breeze speeds. You can run it low for steady background circulation or click it up when clearing hot air from a parked cabin.
