A closer look

Air settles in a parked car quickly on warm days. We built this fan to run from its internal cell without a cord strung across the console. The clamp grips onto a headrest post or an air vent slat while the swivel neck points the airflow where the dash vents miss.

• Clamp mount grip. The spring clamp bites onto headrest posts, seat rails, or dashboard vent slats. It stays planted over gravel and rough pavement without slipping out of position or rattling loose.
• Internal power cell. An internal rechargeable cell runs the motor without tethering the unit to the dash outlet. You can move the clamp between seats without untangling wires along the floor mats.
• Swivel head adjustment. The neck turns so you can aim the breeze into the back seat or toward the driver side. It holds its angle once set, directing air right where it is needed.
• Integrated task light. A small light built into the housing gives you a beam for finding dropped gear under the seats at night. You switch it on directly without running separate cables.
